**To ensure a high quality final product, if you will be using photos, graphic or logos in your commercial we require all images to be 300 dpi and in one of the follow formats: jpg, pdf, tiff, or png.

Payment Guidelines
A 50% deposit of your total price is required to reserve your production date. This deposit is due 5 business days prior to filming and is non-refundable once the event has been filmed. The balance plus any incurred travel expenses will be due at time of pick-up.
* In cases where there are less than 5 days prior to your event an alternate payment schedule can be arranged.
